Chicken in Pyjamas (Parmigiana)



This is my "Chicken in Pyjamas" with ribbon pasta. This is Italian dish but i dunno how to say it in italian so my personal chef told me that just say it as "Chicken in Pyjamas".
I always have special meal on sunday and monday because my personal chef has her two days off.

Ok. How to make this chicken n wat do u need?
Ingredient: Crumbed chicken fillet (wat we got were ready to cook one from the meat gourmet shop), mozarella shredded cheese, parmesan cheese powder, pasta sauce, black pepper, green peas, onion for pasta.
Steps: 1. Fry the chicken fillet. 2. Put black pepper, pasta sauce and mozarella cheese on the fried chicken then sprinkle some parmesan cheese on the top. 3. Put the chicken into oven until the cheese melt. 4. While waiting for the chicken, cook the pasta. 5. Take the chicken out from the oven when the cheese is melted and a lit bit burn (taste better). 6. Serve hot!!!
Suggestion: Due to too much cheese on it, i suggest that eat this once a year.
